Thanks for letting me know about the 100 mile/month challenge. I'd like to do it, but was out of any kind of exercise for the past 6 months. I'm starting to walk 1 mile a day. Will see if I can comfortably get up to 3 mpd by the first of Feb. While 3.4 miles a day isn't a lot in terms of a serious workout, it can feel that way if you are out of shape.
