Alright ladies we are half a week into our challenge. One way to get going in the right direction is to make sure to eat a big salad every day and go light on the salad dressing. Try olive oil and vinegar instead and try some new veggies you haven't had before! You'll be surprised at the yummy flavors you will discover!!!
