That has been me for the past few months every weekend. Start fresh, go for a walk, and prep for the week. Drinking lots of water helps! One meal won’t hurt your progress but don’t let it spiral. You’ve got this!

  • Having some sleep problems lately !!!
    I can’t fall asleep early and I wake up at 5 am so I am getting an average of 5 hours of sleep ! This is not helping ….
    6 am yoga done , at least I get to workout when I don’t have the time during the day

I'm so frustrated, my bathroom floor is a similar color to my scale and my weigh in wasn't accepted bc I guess it didn't look like it was on a hard floor.. so I was asked to reweigh in, but I'm definitely not going to weigh the same amount at 530 when I get home that I did at 5am when I first woke up. So I hit my goal but now probably am not going to weigh in at it to win.

Actually I emailed them and asked if I could send all the pictures I took this morning, bc I took multiple, and they were able to accept them and ultimately verify my weight from this morning!

Last day with 0.6 pounds to go! Did LIIFT 4 this morning. Food planned today is a vegan chickpea sweet potato Buddha bowl, lemon pepper tofu with cauliflower rice, my shakeology blended with half a frozen banana, and an apple. I might just win this thing!!!!!
