Hey, I saw your comment about recovering from an injury. If you have a smartphone or ipad, you can download free workouts in the App store. They have a bunch of 7 minute workouts. Just type & minute, and a bunch will pop up. I use them when I don't have a lot of time. As you get stronger, you can do extra rounds. Also, fitnessblender.com ha a bunch of free workouts that are different fitness levels, styles, and lengths. Hope that helps! Good luck!
