I am down 3 pant sizes and I can fit into an XL shirt! I haven't been in an XL shirt since high school!

Non-scale victory of the week!

This past week went great! No junk food! Meal prepped lunch and dinner for all this coming week! Can't wait to see what next weigh in brings :)

I could of exercised longer I think and drank more water! Definitely have to drink more water!

Staying on track...getting others to go along with it in my house. Hard to stay on track when others are eating junk!

Stop snacking when I come home from work. Font eat healthy when on lunch break at work and then go back and eat something stupid! Come right home and get to my workout! Stop procrastinating!!
