Don't live on just lettuce! Focus on lean proteins (I eat a lot of Greek Yogurt, cottage cheese, 2 eggs, chicken, tuna, salmon) veggies and balancing your starches and carbs. I'm also a big fan of writing down every morsel I put into my mouth. Helps me stay accountable! It's still attainable!

I was just joking about the lettuce, but I am tracking calories with myfitness pal and being pretty strict with it :) Definitely aiming to get the protein in. Today was salmon with a ginger, lime and chilli sauce, and a load of veggies.
