Hey! I saw a post about you not being happy because you worked out so much and still did not seem to loose weight, It takes time for your body to process you working out. Also muscle gets build, which weigh more than fat. So you will probably see a difference after a while but not notice it no the scale. I'm pretty sure at the end of next week it will seem as if the pounds/kilos are flying off of you ;-) Good luck! X
