Non-scale victory of the week!

Good that I started shopping healthy food. Good that I had healthy options at home. Did some meal prep too!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Could have resisted food after 8 p.m. Could have gone to bed at 9.30 to stop the cravings at night. Should have drunk a lot of green tea and water, to help the weight loss.

I have eaten pasta, had some wine and gorged on chocolate and candy. I want to turn around for the better.

Känner efter och äter när jag ÄR hungrig och det är ok med att äta 2 gånger/dag! Tidigare åt jag med IF, men mycket oftare.
