Non-scale victory of the week!
Good that I started shopping healthy food. Good that I had healthy options at home. Did some meal prep too!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Could have resisted food after 8 p.m. Could have gone to bed at 9.30 to stop the cravings at night. Should have drunk a lot of green tea and water, to help the weight loss.
