Nada. Working hard and not really noticing anything.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I've been exercising 15 minutes a day. I know it's not much but with 12 hour shifts and coaching a cheer squad I wanted to set a reasonable goal.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Keep on going. I'm already doing 1500-1900 calories a day. Eating fruits or veges at every meal and exercising nearly everyday so I'd just like to keep it up.
