Ouch. Hey, I've been down 30 and then back up 30, myself, since several years of inactivity after a car accident put 50 on me in the first place. :( But I think I've finally got this down to something that'll last -- had to stop thinking of it as a 'temporary change' that I needed to do just long enough to lose the weight, and instead realize it was a PERMANENTLY different way of eating and working out / playing. So, I guess it's just like they say, "It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change." Having gone through the disappointment in myself that resulted (when I put it back on, I mean), all I can suggest is that you try NOT to beat yourself up about it ... just put that aside and get back to being active, and to whatever you find is a MAINTAINABLE kind of change that you can keep up forever. You know what it takes, and can get there again, and this time you know what you'll have to do, to get it to stay off. Go for it, guy. I'm rooting for you.
