Non-scale victory of the week!
I am able to throw hard roundhouses again without taking Advil when I come home. I am up to 100 continuous crunches at once and 200 during a workout. I am feeling awesome!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Nothing really. I am on my diet game. I feel good. I’m eating enough. I’m logging. Im staying between 1200-1700 cal. Not tempted to treats. And, 18-20 IF no problem.

I am going to continue to go for my walks. I think they help more than lifting weights
