Yes, will have to walk A LOT to compensate. It is a bday celebration for a ffriend, so there will be lots of "bubbles" which is just full of sugar.
I am good about focusing for short periods of time, so I focused on getting to the 31st. I will worry about Phase 2 after that. One step at a time :-)
Don't lose faith --- focus for the last 9 days. Drink lots of water, especially just before and after you eat...will keep you fuller (and running to the bathroom) LOL
So, had to post my "achievement" of sorts. I resisted the garlic cheesy breadsticks at Little Ceasars pizza today! I love those things! Doesn't help that they're right next to our bike shop! Wish me continued will power!!!
