I made it, but, now have to hold it. Been worn out caring for hubby 24/7 (knee replacement) so I've made some bad decisions on eating just to boost energy.
Ugh. I was taking one of those once. I'd like to blame the drug, but it was me...my appetite was insatiable. I am eating low glycemic load. This takes out most starches, high sugar fruits. The good side is that I can have a little bit of chocolate (mini or fun size snickers), buttered popcorn...things that wouldn't be allowed on other diets. There is diabetes in my family, so blood sugar spikes are to be avoided. Aside from two small plateaus, the weight has been coming off.
Not done yet. Doesn't look like much because all the categories were at 100%. But, I didn't lose anything! That's more my motivator. The longer I do this, the more I feel/believe I can do it.
Here, too. Hubby had knee surgery and is laid up in his recliner. I have been playing with my last pound for almost two weeks. It drops, then it's back, drops...feeling a bit discouraged. Don't want to lose for the sake of .5!
