Dinner out-Didn't touch the fries, didn't touch the cole slaw, didn't touch the pasta salad, didn't touch the bread. Buffalo burger and a salad. Very satisfied, still have over 1000 calories available!

Last night I fought The Pig. I was winning. Salad from Wendy's. Didn't touch the chicken nuggets. Nothing after dinner. Then just before sleep came. Was just going to be a fruit bowl. Turned to 2. Turned to 3. Turned to multiple bowls of cereal. Cheese. Not good.
What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Just one day, today, I will not binge. Had half a bagel w/cream cheese, lox onions and tomato for breakfast. Honey turkey for lunch. Chicken for dinner. And nothing afterwards!
