Yes, you MUST do it! You look soooo good after losing those 17 pounds; think about how much better you'll feel about this if you knock those last 3 off! I'm rooting for you!!!

Thanks, you are so sweet! I do feel great and as my clothes get big on me I have given them away. As long as it keeps going down I'll be happy. Though I really can't let everyone get my share of the final pot so I have 4 weeks to make sure that does not happen. I think the round 5 weigh in will be a day or two after Willie's carotid artery surgery. I'm going to have to hike the halls of Johns Hopkins and not sit around for two days.
