Kyra. I have a testimony to share to encourage you. Just wrote it all out and dietbet deleted it saying message was too long. So I'm typing again... YOU ARE WORTH the effort to do this !!! May I email you my story and what had helped me lose 40# and keep it off? I have another 60 to lose and it's been a challenge. But there are simple things you can do to get where you want to be! You can best this kyra! Sometimes it's a faulty metabolism that causes weight gain rather than releasing. There are so many comments about people gaining weight after a bad day or weekend of eating unhealthy and that's not normal for a properly functioning metabolism. I'm not schooled in the different ways to correct a faulty metabolism but I have used the curves system and found it worked for me. You may want to try getting your metabolism in top working order then the weight will come off and stay off :) Hope this helps...
