I started doing DietBets at 258lbs, my highest weight is 268lbs, and my current weight is 226lbs. I’ve had success with dietbets and kept on track this way more than any other way I’ve tried! I would like to continue to lose weight and get healthier. I would also like to start exercising more! (:
