i didn’t eat all the easter candy i wanted

Stayed away from the easter candy completely

i feel so good when i go to bed. in the past i’ve felt so full & uncomfortable

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

i only made it to gym 4 and wanted to go 5. i ate really well. The best thing for me has been to make a healthy soup and eat it for lunch each day so i don’t have to think of a new lunch each day.

Make it to Orangetheory 5 days out of 7. Use fruit as my only sweets (some honey). Eat as clean as possible with no sauces w chicken or steak.
