i feel so good when i go to bed. in the past i’ve felt so full & uncomfortable
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
i only made it to gym 4 and wanted to go 5. i ate really well. The best thing for me has been to make a healthy soup and eat it for lunch each day so i don’t have to think of a new lunch each day.
