Non-scale victory of the week!
I was on vacation, we went snorkeling, walked a lot and I did eat pretty well and my body shape seems to look more slender and I suspected the scale to have moved several kilos, but it didn’t. Despite that, I’m happy about the changes and how I feel. I’d go snorkeling almost every day if I could. It was tons of fun and I loved being in the water.
