Looking at your comment. Lacey hang in there. Don't look at the overall picture because it is too overwhelming. Focus on what you can do today. The best thing you can do for yourself is journal. Journaling allows you to see what foods affect you more than others because of salts, sugars and mostly preservatives. If it can sit on a shelf for months then it can sit on our shelf too. Breads are killer for me and I have found if I eat a piece of bread it has to be in the morning otherwise eating it at night puts weight on me the next day. Its crazy. You have to be your own scientist. You can do it. Gooooooo Lacey! :)
