Hi there! Had dinner with your sister last night. I heard you are doing great with your diet. You should enter your weight (does not have to be a formal weigh-in). You get to see your little bar progress... very motivating. When I stopped entering my weight, I actually gained weight! I am only 1/3 of the way there... ick.

doing well. reached goal...gotta upload photo though

think it was the 90 min bikram yoga daily. calorie count still higher than I want.
I have to lose a lot of weight though...attempting to lose 40+ so I'm only one fourth way there.

still motivated. I'm hoping I stay this way for a month. Also on day 5 of 30 consecutive day bikram/hot yoga classes. will see Mon if I lost any wt.
