Oh my gosh yes! I'm new to it but have lost 8 lbs since Dec.1st. The greatest part is how it takes all the guess work out of how much to eat and you can factor in your exercise-I walk on my treadmill- and right before your eyes you get more calories to eat and are still losing weight. It's really simple to do. Even easier if you have a smartphone which right now I refuse to own. Check it out! I am missylady1.
