What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I always seem to start out great and then after a good weigh in its like I tell myself you did good this week so you can treat yourself to something the day of weigh in and then that turns into treats 3-4 days and then im like screw it I already messed up so I continue to stay at the weight im at and go down a few amd then back up.
