Sounds awesome! This challenge has been the best thing for me. Everyday is a tough one, but I keep going. No wine for this girl since last Tuesday. Thought I would lose the weight quicker, but I am not a patient girl.

hey auntie kath, just checking in on you. looks like you are doing great, right on track! how are you feeling? i wish this was longer than 28 days, it is really keeping me accountable! if only it was nicer outside too, so much easier to motivate myself to get outside to run or walk, or bike, or hike! can't wait. we'll be in better shape by the time spring roles around, and we'll be able to enjoy the outdoors that much more! keep up the good work! love you!
