How are things? I slowed down on my weight loss for a while but think I'm ready to get back into the swing of things :)

Just wanted to encourage you :) I know we're weighing out this week. If you aren't going to make this week's goal don't sweat it, half pot for this month goes into the 6 month pot anyway. But also don't give up on the month, at the very least use this time to kick start your weight loss for the next goal :) 6% Weight loss for next month. You can do this!

Hey Gena, how are things going? You can make it :) I've had a horrible time trying to diet but was blessed enough to spend some time with a nutritionist that helped me with some ideas that seriously have improved my results. I'm happy to share any ideas you might find helpful. Also, I see you use MyFitnessPal, if you'd like to add me as a friend my name is jasmineboesiger. You can don this!!!
