I've been strong not allowing bad food temptations get to me at the office, they get donuts, cookies, pizza all the time. I take my own protein bar as my to go to when I get tempted. I win!!!!

I was very mindful when getting my groceries, and I drank all my water - no skipped days yayyy

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My hubby likes to eat a lot of junk food and candy, which is a great temptation. So I have to be strong and say "no" from now on, which is really hard. Also, I am starting on a keto diet (first time ever on a diet), and I think is hard but doable.
