Non-scale victory of the week!
I am back. I took a few weeks off as I was floundering. I just kept gaining weight. I joined bodyfast. Which IF. That was a mistake. I did do a few things right. One I got back to whatvworjed last spring. Two I started walking more steps each day and I'm currently averagingbover 10,000 per day. I've re lost 6 lbs.

I could have walked even more.
