Hey girl. Well I didn't really lose any weight but I have lost about 8 inches total all over. So I'm still in there. The pool opened and schools coming to an end so it's been very crazy for me but I have been squeezing in the work outs in. I bought the meal plan now I just have to use it :) which will be my next challenge.

Hey Natalie, how are you holding up? I noticed that we three buddies haven't checked in for a couple weeks... I lost round 1 by one day, oh well. I didn't keep up with the workouts but started from scratch (day 1) again yesterday. I decided to do 2 per day of the strength training until I catch up again. I see you were a runner-up as well, are you doing round 2? I hope you don't give up!

How are you doing babe? I did hot yoga after work and then today's HIIT. So glad I have forced myself to do all her workouts... what always gets me to do it is - they are only 20 minutes, and I have time for 20...

Whew! I forced myself to do day 4 even though I'm beat. Sounds like you're motivated! I wish there was a 3-way chat available for us... Great job on day 3! How did you do today? Oftentimes the last 8 lbs are the hardest to lose, I sympathize. You may want to consider cutting out the bad foods completely until you get to your ideal weight and then do the portion control thing. It's so much easier to maintain and eat what you want than to lose and still eat what you want. You'll still get there, it will just take longer. I'm following Kem's page on fb too, btw. Maybe we should chat there, it's easier.

Ok so I did day 3. This time I had 5 lbs weights which is heavier then my purse lol. I have daughters taylar Ruth turned 3 the end of March and Paulina rose turned one the beginning of April. I teach and coach swimming. On Tuesdays and Thursday I also teach an aqua aerobics class even though it's mostly ladies Btwn 65-85 I still make sure I'm sweating. I love to eat lol. I have tried to eat healthier but quite frankly when I'm craving something I eat it doesn't matter I just try not to eat as much as I want so I'm more on portion control to a slight point. I am only doing this challenge this summer once school is out I will have time to push my non jogging double stroller on about 3 mile run/walks every morning before swimming starts. I did the first challenge for 50 days and my clothes definitely fit a lot better esp the pants but I still have about 8 pounds to go to be where I would love to be. I really just want to feel good naked again and possibly wear a bikini this summer.

Lol Natalie looks like we have the kiddo part in common, I have a 3yr old and a 1yr old. Both girls, I also work fulltime at home and do other things on the side. Just make sure you are drinking lots of water. Replace all your drinks for water. Half of your body weight in ounces. I have a fitness page on FB its KemsFitness, just for motivation and other little things. :D
