Non-scale victory of the week!
I've joined a low goal Stepbet. Slowly my meals are containing more fruits and veggies. I am saying no to more stuff, so I won't overexhaust myself this year. And go to bed early.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could eat less sugary extras in a day. And thinking about my jumprope and kettlebell excessively does not actually do any thing except occupy my mind.

Keeping the good that I'm doing. Make sure I don't have to waddle around the room a night to finish the Stepbet. Get some arm exercises in.
