Non-scale victory of the week!

I've joined a low goal Stepbet. Slowly my meals are containing more fruits and veggies. I am saying no to more stuff, so I won't overexhaust myself this year. And go to bed early.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could eat less sugary extras in a day. And thinking about my jumprope and kettlebell excessively does not actually do any thing except occupy my mind.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Keeping the good that I'm doing. Make sure I don't have to waddle around the room a night to finish the Stepbet. Get some arm exercises in.

I'm feeling better about myself sometimes, a little selfworth is creeping back. And right now I am cool with my body and my weight.

Snacking less suger and chips. Eating more actual food.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have not moved at all. I overexert myself one day and can barely do anything for a week. Priorities don't lie where I need than to be.

Move my body. But make my head believe that it actually good to start small and be okay and maybe even proud of that. The most important thing is getting a rhythm.

Eating a good breakfast and a balanced lunch every day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Dinners involved a lot of bread and cheese, balancing that out through the week is a thing to work on.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Get enough movement and respect for my chronically ill body. The loose skin is also a big issue for me, it's is one of the reasons I didn't mind getting overweight again.

Focusing on nurturing through food in stead of going with hormonal and emotional snacks. Sleep well and rest my body enough. Starting working out with the absolute minimum again.
