this weekend has definitely been rough for me with eating/exercising (it was my birthday) so i ate and drank way more calories than i should have. getting focused again today with my eating and hitting the gym so hopefully things go back to how they were and the weight keeps falling off. you're doing great so far! just wanted to remind you to stay focused and exercising, we can do this! good luck and have a great week :)
