Thank you for that Tracy! Me posting my weight was what I had to do to conquer my fear of numbers. It was hard to do on here but even harder on my Facebook for all of my friends and family to see. But I have realized That we can not let a number have any control over us. Fear is not real, only our imagination. This journey will be long and hard but we've got this! Work hard and lets get there together! :)
