I hear you .this morning I was .3 away.can't lose by less than a pound! I drank more water and treadmill tonitw hope it pays off.for me and you.good luck

i made it this morning! I just stuck to a protein shake for breakfast and dinner, a homemade carrot cake muffin for am snack, whatever I wanted within reason for lunch, a protein bar after my workout and lots of water! you got this!
