Non-scale victory of the week!

Finally I was able to get myself on track! I watched what i eat and started working out everyday.

I think I started off well. Slow and Steady

Seeing 99.9 on the scale earlier today!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Add in fitness but to be honest I had a super busy week and I'm proud I managed to doable that I did do in spite of running on super low sleep and energy. But managed to move mountains

Keeping within low carb range and or foods when bingeing mode hit. Didn't reach for high carb foods. also can feel back straightening out... less rolls.

Got sick this week rom Tueday til today Friday so missed fitness yesterday but did manage a 30 minute walk and got 11k steps so not too shabby. Next week is the kid's scholl vacation and have to plan well cuz when I am at home, I tend to want to eat a lotttt more!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Feeling determined! Donot see much change nor feel lighter and my clothes still fit the same way. However my mindset is different. I'm now thinking my fat is turning to myscle. I am getting stronger and I feel more focused.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink water and more fitness probably. Also should track calories and macros.

1000 butned caliries daily thru fitness. Strength training Daily! Take supplements: Multi vitamin, Vitamin B, Biotin and Silica. Take care of nails. Consciously drink 8 glasses of water. Track progress

I think I look less puffy. Less of tge big tyre around the middle.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I coukd have done better with my firness and my meal planning. And tracking my meals. I didnt check if in ketosis and think i iverdud few times with Protein. Also water drinking must improve!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Was able to start my diet and stick to it all week long in spite of the mad rush with kids starting bk and mine going bk to school. That in utself is a victory! Plus to say good riddance to almost 3 kilos( even if its just water weight!) is a dreamy feeling! Extremely anxious to be under 100! Will explode with job when scale says 99.9 and under!! Was also able to get in a few mindful cardio dance workouts that I tracked with my amazing and cherished fitbit Blaze! Even managed to remember to take my supplements most days! Yippue. I akso managed to get to be at decent times most nights! I apso went up the hill 3 tomes a day 4 days this week pushing the double stroller! Feeling well accomplished! Just need to keep the blinders on and keep reaching for the stars!

I did well this week considering that it was bk to the grind week.

Rested. Relaxed. Laid back. Did little. Woke up late every day. Heaven! Taking this as a charging up session. To be ready and roaring to go when life starts bk up on Monday. Ekkkm
