Non-scale victory of the week!
Been consistently do 80 day Obsession, StepBet and RunBet. Has a major weight gain which did not deter me because I knew I was incorporating weights and retaining water. I feel major xhanges ib strenght and running form.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Vegetables were lacking to say the least. Need to prep on Sunday like before so uts readily available.
