Non-scale victory of the week!
I went to the gym 5 times this week. there was one day, day 3, when I very nearly quit before I started. but, I do but quit. this was a win. I also cooked dinner each night for me and hubby. we're both getting healthier.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have not taken so long to get out of the house to workout. done days I dragged on for hours.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
my goal for the upcoming week is to workout 5 days out of 7 (run it back!) I'd also like to prep/plan means on Sunday night for the rest of the week. This week mean more time to enjoy family, have me time and discern what I am going to do next: for work, for the home, for the future.
