Hi Jennifer!!! How's the first week going? I apparently had a TON of water weight to start with cause I already lost about 3/4 of the 4%! Lol. I am sure it'll taper off and the last 2 1/2 will be elusive as always!

Hello, well I haven't weighed myself since beginning the challenge. This week I was okay eating but exercise I am slacking. I was going to today but I made up and excuse I didn't feel good. I will need to get my butt in gear. Congrats on your loss. I started my weigh loss journey last April I have lost 50 lbs so far but now it seems I am stuck. i lose then gain it back. I know I need to step it up on the treadmill. i was doing 20 mins but on Monday I did 40 so that was a start.

Yeah, I got sick about 2 weeks in and just started feeling better at the beginning of this week. I ate okay while sick but didn't exercise at all :-( I made my goal by the hairs in my chinny chin chin... I KNOW if I'd exercised the whole time I'd have done better. Hoping to be fully recovered before the new dietbet starts on the 11th! Thinking good thoughts for you too!!!
