What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Once I hit this month's goal, I had a minor panic and had we had a cheat meal for dinner - and of course, dessert. I DID manage to keep it to that one meal, though, and got right back on the wagon instead of allowing my shame to derail me completely as it so often does.

Exercise is so painful, even walking. I've been sedentary for so long. But, I really do want to push through and start being more active. Hopefully this week I can do better!
