My car had to go to the mechanic on Tuesday. I fell into bad habits and pulled into McDonald's. But instead of my usual order, I got a double quarter pounder no ketchup no bun which is completely keto! It's a small thing, but I was super proud of keeping to keto. I also shifted my mindset. Keto isn't a diet with cheat days. Keto is an eating preference like being vegan.

I didn't get any exercise and I didn't track my food in an app.
