You're going to kill that 10k! You're a beast! from 1mi to 10 in a month? Wow! I'm signed up for 3 5ks for later this year. My ultimate goal is to do the Tough Mudder!

Vegan Warrior- one of my close friends is a micro-biologist (PhD) and she's scared me about those mud runs! I'm a bit hyper sensitive about germs, parasites, bacteria, etc and all she had to do was mention one small disgusting micro biology thing and it freaked me out! Now another Barbie neighbor of mine does them and she loves them. I think I need some time to pass and then I may consider :-). Thanks for mentioning it thou :-)

Loved your picture of your 10K on the treadmill! I am signed up to do a 1K April 27th, so like you I am excited and want to finish in an hour or so. Last year I think it took me an hour + 10 min. You said you would miss us after 13 days, but you can still keep in touch. PhillyGirl & I still write each other. Even though she isn't doing this challenge, I know her from when we did DietBet together 3 - 4 months ago with Jillian Micheals.

That's awesome that we can still keep in touch on here. I'm thinking of doing the next Heidi and Chris challenge. This 4% was tough! Much tougher Thani thought it would be. Not a lot of room for digression.

I live next door to a bakery and can relate to you living near Hershey. I've found that these past few days I've been eating smarter, avoiding the sweet treats that are so tempting.

I would be weak living next to a bakery! We're Italian and we love bread, especially fresh bread. And my kids love cupcakes. That would be Bad Bad Bad for me! LOL!
Good for you for eating smarter and being more in tune to the bad habits we all succumb to!
My almost 3 yr old got a Hershey Bar as a reward for good behavior. She sat there and ate part of it right in front of me and even tried to put a segment in my mouth. "No thanks" I told her. First time I ever declined a Hershey Bar. Even she looked confused. haha
