Thats amazing! I tried Cab cycling for a week and i was able to lose 1.4 lbs, but i found it to be so hard! =( and i weighed myself the day after my cheat meal and i was back at my original weight! Any advice?!?!

Don't cheat too hard! I allow myself a little something sweet each day. Usually non-fat frozen yogurt, or 1 small piece of chocolate! Try exercise you LOVE. I personally love to dance, so I groove/exercise to fun music!
