Weight is funny. I went up .5 so I have 1.8 to lose I've been keeping my calories low and I have Been active so I know it doesn't mean anything You are doing so good. Yippie
Kathy, you are doing soooo awesome! I was in Gilbert AZ this weekend for a family event...needless to say, I didn't do too well with my food..but back on it today with a 5:30am workout under my belt already!
Hi Kathy, just go to the main page and type in my name! I am doing really well. Even on Super Bowl Sunday I didn't do badly, I ate a few chips and appetizers, but all in all I stayed under my caloric intake. Water is the hardest part for me. I just can't drink 8 glasses a day, oiy veh!
I put cinnamon in my water sometimes. Maybe that would help. It doesn't mix up real good but you still get the flavor. I heard that it is good for blood pressure too
