What is Carb Cycling?

Hi! Sorry I didn't see this sooner! Carb Cycling is what Chris Powell uses on the show. It's in his book or you can learn more here: http://chrispowell.com/carb-cycling-101/

In short, there are days you eat low carb (not no carb) and others where you have a serving of carbs at every meal. I won't try to explain the science (the website will do that better than me!), but it's been very easy to follow, has really helped my energy, and has helped lower my blood pressure.
