Non-scale victory of the week!
I've been having more people make comments to me about how I look like I am slimming up, face is getting thinner, Etc. even though I sure don't see it, I'm glad other people do.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I definitely could have stayed the course a lot better this week. Too many times I grabbed something quick and easy. I should be well past my goal for this challenge instead of sneaking up on it like this. But at least I'm very close and am more determined than ever to get it
