I need to loose about 10 lbs. to be at my perfect weight. I've consistently put on a little, lost a little until it's gotten up to the 10 lb. mark. It's not much in the grand scheme of things, but it's a struggle to get my weight down and STAY there. You can't "out work" a bad diet and that's the missing piece I'm trying to fix! I admire your running! I detest cardio but am determined to run my first 1/2 marathon before I graduate from college in May. I'm up to about 5 miles now and can't even begin to imagine running a casual 10. You are so awesome!
