Hey letting you know I finally lost 1.3 lbs this week! I kept doing my 30 day shred and modified my diet just a bit with less sweets and less bread. Although this weekend I did binge eat because it was my daughter's birthday party and Easter, but back on track this week. How are you doing?

Hey.. Thanks for checking in. OMG, Easter weekend wasn't just the weekend it was a four day getaway. We had a ladies retreat and I have to say although I had very little rice/ starchy food, the homemade desserts had me. A little slice of 6 different kinds. Macaroons made by a family member from France. I've never had so I had to try it. I filled up on the salads. Wasn't a creamy dressing so I didn't feel so bad. I gained 4 lbs and dropped it already. I'm focused on getting things back in order. I love the 30 day shred and switch it between the insanity DVD also.
I'm so glad to hear of your 1.3 lbs drop. The number seems so small but no one knows the effort into getting that pound off. So kudos to you! Let's keep at it. We can do this!

Sorry it took awhile to get back to you. That's great you lost it all it sounded like a fun weekend! I plan to continue with 30 day shred and repeat level 2 and level 3 until I can do the whole thing without modifying it! I'm not sure if I will do another bet yet but I am continuing on my journey! We are so close! I haven't weighed again so crossing my fingers on Monday I make the 4%!
