heehee, I understand! And it's all about balance. I know I will never be one of those people who eats clean 100% of the time. I like my crappy snacks, but only occasionally, I always feel yucky now when I eat them. Twizzlers and girl scout cookies are both YUM!
It's fun to shop for clothes and give away those old ones, right?! We just found out we are moving and I am taking this time to really go through my closet and get rid of the various sizes and only keep what I love.
I don't weigh myself much anymore either, just when I feel like I need to. That was the one stressful thing when doing the dietbets. I do mostly weight training now and I don't really lose weight with that, even can gain a bit with muscle mass and all, and I am fine with that.

I LOVE kettlebells, you should try it (if you haven't). You can get really inexpensive KBs on amazon, especially if you have prime. Start with 20 or 25lbs. I do at least 300 swings a day at home (broken up into 50 at a time) and it is great exercise. There's tons of other things you can do with them as well, we use them a lot at my gym. Worth a try, for sure. I can't remember if you go to a gym at all? I think you mostly do stuff at home?
I like to do the 30 day challenges that you can find online...like the squat challenges, burpees, planks, etc. Any of them are fun and are a nice short term goal. My kids do some of them with me. The planks and the squats really made a difference in my body. Keep on going with your new lifestyle!! Let me know how you are doing. xoxo
