Hi Kate! Saw your comment on someone else's comment about your treat meals. I love the idea of treat meals and they seem to be the way to stay sane and actually make this a lifestyle not just a temporary fix and all the good stuff. I have lost some weight this year and I'm thrilled with that. My problem is when I have a single treat meal it tends to slip into more than just the one meal... Ugh. I'm thinking I just need to schedule my treats better so I know when they start and when they end, then I can focus. I'm worried I still won't stick to it. I'm wondering you ever have trouble with that?
