Had to remove my bra extenders! Easier to eat only a few fries from Sonny's.

Should have gotten in some exercise this week, but only worked on the kids' house.

Non-scale victory of the week!

A lot of self-control this past few days. Successfully incorporated about 60% whole foods. On Date Night, I got the big seafood feast, but forced myself to stop eating at half.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Should have started exercising earlier in the week/Dietbet. Work completely drains me, and I have precious little left by the time I get home.
