Sorry, totally just nosing around... great job since July, it's f*ing hard to lose weight and you've already lost a good amount! Keep up the great work! Hey, the food in the picture... is that you preparing your meals for the week? Do you freeze them?

Aw, thanks! It is, but I'm slogging through slowly.Yeah, I typically do meal prep on Sundays. In the case of that picture, it was just for the week, so I didn't freeze them. I did just recently finish doing a bunch of soups that I'm portioning and freezing, though!
