Just wanted to send a cheer. Just got back from month in France. With all the walking I ended up losing weight. I'm convinced walking is the key!

I'm weighing in tomorrow since weight today didn't cut it. So frustrating since I made goal 2 weeks ago but I haven't been able to maintain it. Maybe I'll miraculously lose 0.7 lbs by tomorrow and make goal. I see you have been doing great, already at 75% goal for Round #2! Good for you. What r u doing that's working? I could use help.

Hey! Sorry I have fallen off the wagon a bit. :( I've gained three pounds back and need to step it up in order to make my goal for the next weigh-in!

What I've been doing is "eating clean." I basically avoid everything processed and eat mostly fruits, veggies, meats, and dairy. A typical day for me is this...

Breakfast: rolled oats (the kind you make yourself, not the instant kind) and a fruit smoothie with just a few different fruits and ice

Lunch: a salad with veggies, nuts, and a little feta or blue cheese with olive oil and balsamic for salad dressing

Dinner: chicken or steak and a few different types of veggies sautéed or roasted.

Snacks: I love Two Moms In The Raw granola bars, fruit, cheese slices, or nuts

And for exercise, I have a gym at my work that makes it much easier to work out. I usually go 3-5 times a week and do just 30 minutes on the elliptical.

Went out both days this weekend so I ate quite a bit. I'm so close to making goal. Cross your fingers. I'm sure you are doing great, Ms. 100%. I think this next month will be tough but we can do it!

We went to New Orleans over the weekend so I've definitely gained a little back! :( Couldn't go to the gym yesterday, but I'm about to go now. We can do it!!

Yay!!! You're at 99%! I surprised myself and only dropped to 95% when just a few days ago I was back down to 50%- I just didn't log in my weight since too embarrassed to show others I slipped. Strange thing is I had a huge dinner with dessert last night since I had given up. Then this morning found I had lost weight again. So weird but relieved. Have a great day.

Hi stranger. It's been rough few days for me too. I did reach goal last week but I've gained weight since. Just quit my job and find it hard to focus on weight loss when there is so much stress. Cross ur fingers for me this week. How bout you?
